Our office hours are 9am to 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break (35 hours a week).
The Receptionist Role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our busy reception team. This role is pivotal in ensuring we are providing excellent customer service to our clients (by phone and in person) and administrative support to the Firm. The position is based in our Ashford office in Middlesex.
Responsibilities Include:
* Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive at the office.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
* Scheduling meetings rooms for onsite client appointments.
* Process all incoming and outgoing company mail.
* Prepare Banking for collection each day.
* Maintain office facilities and ordering of supplies.
* Archiving Closed files.
* Manage archiving and storage collections.
* Logging of Wills, Deeds and LPA's onto our internal system.
* Maintain good housekeeping in reception area and meeting rooms.
The Ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor:
As a Receptionist it is essential you can demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
* Proven experience in a similar role managing a busy switchboard.
* Experience as a Receptionist within a law firm is desirable
* Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent phone and communication skills.
* Competence in Microsoft Office products
