Job Title: Test Systems Team Leader
Salary: Up to £58,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing
* Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, developing test equipment solutions that support the complex and demanding requirements of military products. Use model-based engineering approaches to provide innovative equipment across the customer base.
* Manage the complete development lifecycle within challenging timescales to support customer requirements.
* Support the drive to innovative test solutions and maximise automation.
* Champion team performance and development.
* Manage schedule adherence and cost control.
* Full engineering lifecycle, risk and opportunity management.
* Support across the bid lifecycle.
* Pro-active sub-contractor management.
Your skills and experiences
* Proven experience of working in an engineering environment.
* Experience in leading test solutions or in a similar engineering discipline.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience.
* Proven team leader or management background.
* Solutions provider who has a thinking outside the box approach.

The Electronic Systems team
As a Test Systems Team Leader, you will be working as part of an integrated project team developing innovative Test Equipment solutions using the latest technology, where we welcome new ideas and approaches and supporting the program, repairs and aftermarket service.
