Job Description

* Provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, as well as manage correspondence and documentation.
* Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
* Handle incoming queries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Administrator should have:

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative duties.
* Proficiency in standard office software and systems.
