Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £45,000+ (DOE)
THE ROLE
* Seek a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to develop a career within a supportive, forward‑thinking team handling a broad range of high‑quality corporate and commercial matters.
* Advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, and larger corporate organisations.
* Manage a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.

SKILLS REQUIRED
* Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
* Strong technical and drafting skills.
