About You - Graduate / Cover Supervisor Profile
* No prior school experience needed - full training provided
* Recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred)
* A genuine passion for education and a proactive, positive attitude
* A strong role model for young people
* Creative, engaging, and able to adapt to different learning needs
