Housing Options Team Leader

Solihull Community Housing. You’ll lead a team delivering statutory homelessness duties, providing professional guidance, overseeing complex cases to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred and legally robust outcomes.
Bringing strong knowledge of housing legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse environment and support your team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities
* Lead, support and develop a team of Housing Options officers delivering statutory homelessness duties
* Oversee casework quality and ensure compliance with homelessness legislation and guidance
* Manage performance, workload allocation and service demand in a high‑pressure frontline environment, supporting staff wellbeing and resilience
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to secure positive and sustainable housing outcomes
* Contribute to service development, performance reporting and continuous improvement
