We are a friendly and supportive team committed to helping your transition into our pharmacy. Our DSP support hub alleviates some pressure from pharmacists by handling dispensing tasks. We offer various services including Flu vaccinations, NMS, Hypertension management, Pharmacy First, and contraception services. Our small store is conveniently located next to a GP surgery.
Working hours: Must work at least one Saturday per month. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.
Schedule overview:
1. Week 1: Monday - Friday 9-6 (40 hours)
2. Week 2: Monday - Friday 9-6 (40 hours)
3. Week 3: Monday - Friday 9-6 (40 hours)
4. Week 4: Monday 9-6, Tuesday off, Wednesday - Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-1 (36 hours)

About the role
As a Pharmacist, you will provide excellent customer and patient care, going beyond dispensing medicines to listening, advising, and reassuring. Your main responsibilities include:
* Delivering pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
* Making legal and ethical decisions
* Enhancing the store team’s pharmacy capabilities
* Reviewing operations via audits and risk assessments to ensure safety
* Providing professional pharmacy services
What you’ll need to have
We seek a professional, caring individual with a genuine desire to improve healthcare. Requirements include:
* Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
* High professional standards and respect from stakeholders
* A passion for community pharmacy and patient care
* Team collaboration skills
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and local services
* Excellent communication skills to meet diverse customer needs
