You'll steer high-value negotiations, oversee supplier panel performance, and ensure strong contract management to deliver sustainable cost and performance improvements. You will act as a sourcing strategy expert, guiding teams and promoting advanced tools and methodologies such as benchmarking, value engineering, and cost modelling. You'll organize and lead regular business reviews with global suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across the supplier ecosystem. - Savings Initiative Leadership Consolidate and promote and develop the global savings plan for the commodity she/he has in charge. As the key driver of savings initiatives within the sourcing department, the Senior Commodity Manager will drive with support of his/her team local in identifying opportunities, leading initiatives from decision through to execution. - Commodity Strategy Development Drive definition and implementation of product strategies for the assigned products, leveraging supplier landscape analysis, market intelligence, technology roadmaps, and business needs. Drive cross-functional collaboration to develop and deploy innovative, competitive sourcing strategies. - Negotiation Support and Coaching Drive and/or support high-visibility and high-value negotiations. - Supplier Panel Management Drive the definition, management, and performance oversight of the supplier he/she has in charge across all relevant products within the commodity scope. Drive the local Panel and make sure it is aligned (performance, expectation) and adapted to the need - Contract Management Ensure execution of the supplier contract plan. Lead with his/her team global contract negotiations for suppliers he/she has in charge to guarantee contractual continuity and expand coverage as needed. - Sourcing and Contractual Process Expertise Serve as the reference expert for sourcing strategy and contractual processes under the lead of Senior Commodity Manager for the sciope he/she has in charge. - Business Review Organization Accountable for organizing and leading regular business reviews with Global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
