The Piano Works Cardiff is a high-energy live music venue where the audience calls the tunes — and we’re looking for enthusiastic, hands-on Bar Team Members to help keep the drinks (and the good times) flowing. What you’ll do Support our bartenders during busy service — restocking, preparing garnishes, glass collection, and ensuring a clean, efficient bar area. Deliver outstanding service with a smile and a sense of fun that matches the music. Learn the art of great bartending and develop your drink knowledge through on-the-job training. Work as part of a lively, supportive team that thrives on energy, teamwork, and rhythm. What we’re looking for A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided. Opportunities You’ll start as a Bar Team Member, supporting our bartenders, but with dedication and performance there’s a clear path to become a fully trained Bartender — mixing cocktails, serving guests, and being part of the front-line action.
