Job Description
1. Review all contract documents and assist in reviewing design documents to ensure compliance with specifications and constructability requirements.
2. Prepare Invitations to Bid (ITBs), solicit competitive trade proposals, and support the development of project estimates and quantity take‑offs.
3. Assist project managers and superintendents with project proposals, scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and maintaining overall project timelines.
4. Support jobsite start‑up and field supervision by coordinating subcontractors, maintaining punch lists, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
5. Prepare and issue monthly payment applications, master cost breakdowns, and notices related to damages, delays, or changes.
6. Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure projects remain aligned with budget, schedule, quality expectations, and client relationships

9. Shows proficiency in estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall support of preconstruction and project management activities.
