Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for our client based in Peterborough (PE2).

Pay:£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7am - 3.30pm (some flexibility is required)

Job Description:

Ensure all Production staff KPIs are achieved.

Continuous development of Production staff, processes and equipment to meet the ongoing demands of the business.

Ensure all jobs are scheduled to make maximum use of the resources available.

Develop Lean Manufacturing within the company.

Analyse performance of production staff to measure to ensure continued efficiency.

Analyse performance of production machinery and where necessary recommend alternative/additional/replacement machinery.

Identify and deliver all necessary training for production staff to best support ongoing company requirements.

Assist Senior Management in achieving company targets.
