The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies, and to communicate day‑to‑day with clients to help achieve their goals.

The Role
The Paid Social Manager will develop, implement and optimise paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop account strategy in partnership with the client and Paid Social Director, and manage strategy execution and KPI achievement.
* Ensure operational success of accounts, delivering on time and on budget.
* Own and manage the client strategy and plan key campaign efficiencies.
* Serve as the primary day‑to‑day SME voice to the client.
* Plan accounts and growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors.
* Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
Key Skills
* Extensive experience planning and managing paid social campaigns in an agency or client‑facing environment.
* Proficiency across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
* Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices and industry trends.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving metrics such as ROAS, CTR and CPA.
* Experience with marketing partners such as Smartly is desirable.
