Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experienced Talent & Recruitment Business Partner to lead the delivery of end-to-end recruitment for temporary agency staff in a complex public sector environment. This strategic role focuses on sourcing high-quality agency workers, managing relationships with MSPs, and improving recruitment outcomes aligned with workforce planning goals.
