HR Coordinator | Part Time, 24 to 30 hours per week | Tipton Area | 6 months FTC- Immediate Start | £24,000 to £30,000 FTE A close knit, family feel waste management business based in the heart of the Black Country is seeking an immediate start part time (24 to 30 hours a week) HR Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month FTC covering a period of maternity. Reporting directly to the company founder, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle for a headcount of circa 40 employees alongside undertake various People related projects and general administrative support. The business offers a collaborative, autonomous and flexible environment that is perfect for someone with solid HR generalist experience who is keen to work on a part time basis. This role requires an immediate start, and the successful candidate must be happy to commit to the duration of the 6 months contract. Hours of work can vary between 24 to 30 hours a week depending on the successful candidates' circumstances. The role will be mainly office based.
