Your duties and responsibilities will be
* Lead and manage the Change Management process and associated governance procedures.
* Maintain the Programme Change Management Plan, templates, and documentation.
* Oversee and update the Programme Change Register, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
* Chair the Change Committee and provide secretariat and reporting support.

* Support Project Managers in identifying, managing, and implementing change across the programme.
* Drive continuous improvement within change processes and reporting practices.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
* SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
* Demonstrable experience in Change Management within a project, programme, or portfolio environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
* Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing demands.
It’s great if you also have the following
* Experience using CEMAR contract administration software.
* Chartered professional status in a related discipline.
The setting for the role

The assignment is expected to last up to three years, with the potential for extension, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the UK’s most strategically significant defence programmes.
