Overview Wates are seeking an experienced Document Controller / Information Controller to join the team on the HMP Highpoint project. This is a long-term, site-based role focused primarily on as-built documentation and O&M manual production within a large project office environment. Key Responsibilities * Full ownership of as-built information throughout the project lifecycle * Managing and producing O&M manuals to handover standard * Controlling and maintaining project documentation using Viewpoint and Morta * Ensuring accurate document version control and audit trails * Coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to obtain compliant as-built data * Maintaining trackers and registers using Excel * Supporting the wider project team with document control best practice * Ensuring all documentation meets contractual and client requirements Requirements * Proven experience as a Document Controller / Information Controller on construction projects * Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint, Morta, and Excel * Experience managing as-built documentation and O&M manuals * Comfortable working in a large site office environment (circa 100 staff) * Able to work site-based near Haverhill * Must be able to pass enhanced security clearance (prison project) Additional Information * This role is 100% site based * Long-term opportunity with a well-established main contractor * Start date subject to security clearance approval
