The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of complex engineering projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure all technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage engineering projects from tender through to commissioning and handover
* Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases
* Handle all commercial aspects of contracts, including change control and negotiations
* Conduct and facilitate risk assessments and implement project controls
* Maintain strong client engagement and support tender development
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in process engineering
* Minimum 3 years in a project or contracts management role
* Knowledge of CDM regulations
* Experience in plant/process commissioning
* Strong background in engineering procurement and commercial negotiation
Essential Skills & Competencies
* Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects under pressure
* Strong understanding of risk assessment and project planning techniques
* Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
