Role: HR Coordinator - Systems
Blackburn, BB1 2FA – Office Based (Relocating to Bolton)
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 Months
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Systems Coordinator to join our HR team at EG Group. Reporting into the HR Systems Manager, this role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HR system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting system improvements, and delivering insightful reporting to senior management.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone detail-oriented with a passion for HR technology and digital transformation. You’ll be a key point of contact for system related queries, supporting compliance, streamlining HR processes, and helping drive efficiency across the function. Analysing and auditing HR data, ensuring accuracy and integrity through regular checks and reconciliations.
Assisting in managing position data within the HR system, keeping structures aligned with organisational changes.
Generating reports and data sets for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Conducting compliance audits to ensure system integrity and regulatory adherence.
Supporting HR operations with purchase order (PO) processes and accurate financial tracking.
Responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades and testing.
Proactively identifying system enhancements and working with the HR Systems Manager to implement improvements.
Building strong relationships with IT, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
Supporting process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in HR and HR systems.
Previous experience managing HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar, with strong skills in SAP functionalities, LMS, and data management.
Experience in system troubleshooting, data integrity audits, and compliance checks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with HR, IT, Finance, and senior management.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new HR technologies, and support digital transformation projects.
