RM Recruit are delighted to be working with an excellent organisation within the third sector who are actively seeking a proactive and confident Senior Management Accountant to join their team in Solihull on a full-time 6–12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation, offering a hybrid working arrangement with one day per week from home. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts * Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making * Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation * Monthly payroll reconciliations * Balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare budgets and forecasting * Variance analysis * Management of the team * Partner with stakeholders across departments to drive financial performance * Support year-end processes and liaise with auditors as required * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting Requirements: * Fully qualified or Part Qualified Accountants (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) * Proven experience in a senior management accounting role * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders * Proficient in financial systems and Excel This is an ideal role for a confident and experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible impact.
