The Department We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to join our growing Sales Team here at CRS. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Director. The sales department is responsible for : D riv ing the development of the companys business through profitable growth, in line with the approved annual budgets and business plans Achieve pre agreed revenue targets from new and existing client sales Maintain and improve quality of service in accordance with business standards to ensure clients receive excellent overall service provision. Form sales strategies to keep the business competitive and innovative Follow and promote best practice in accordance with Company policies, procedures and legislation. Market CRS in a positive manner. Generate leads into CRS. Job Summary: As a business development director, you will be responsible for planning and manag ing marketing campaigns to be delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the sales department to Identify new target markets and business opportunities. Key Responsibilities for this role are as follows: To attend Client Review meetings when required. Represent CRS at trade exhibitions and industry events. Provide reporting on marketing campaigns effectiveness and results. Provide detailed MI at sales review meetings and for the Board. Ensure the companys CRM system is kept up to date with accurate data at all times. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams from sales. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products. Support Directorial Team as required.
