About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a highly numerate analyst with the ability to draw out insights from financial, operational and commercial information. Reporting into the Transformation Lead, you will bridge the gap between the Business, Transformation and Finance, and play a crucial role in supporting financial control and value assurance of EAS’s multi-billion transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial modelling to support the development of business cases;
2. Development and tracking of benefits realization plans;
3. Insightful analysis that brings together financial and operational data to help drive the transformation of EAS;
4. Enhance and maintain management reporting and forecasting models, such as top-down and scenario planning;
5. Strengthen risk assessment and support the ongoing development of value milestones;
6. Support financial control and reporting of transformation benefits and investments;
7. Definition of key performance indicators and tracking against these to assess progress and value impact of initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics;
* Experience in an analytical role within a complex organization;
* Ideally experience in digital transformation programs;
* Ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and present insights accessibly;
* Ability to work independently, using own initiative, and deliver projects;
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented;
* Resilient and adaptable to change, always seeking efficiency improvements;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels of the business.
