Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Solution Architect with a strong background in OSS/BSS and Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Lead to Cash process, Service Delivery frameworks, and some familiarity with Service Management principles. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our telecommunications services and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and architect end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions tailored to meet the needs of our telecommunications services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce capabilities with existing systems and processes.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Lead to Cash processes.
* Develop and implement Service Delivery models that optimize operational efficiency and enhance service quality.
* Utilize Salesforce tools and features to streamline processes, improve customer interactions, and support sales functions.
* Provide guidance on best practices for Service Management, leveraging industry standards to enhance service delivery.
* Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
* Mentor and support junior architects and developers in the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in telecommunications architecture, specifically in OSS/BSS environments.
* Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, with demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce solutions.
* In-depth understanding of Lead to Cash processes, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
* Familiarity with Service Delivery methodologies and frameworks, as well as Service Management concepts.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect).
* Experience with integration tools and APIs in the telecom domain.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to telecommunications services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design:
* Architect and design comprehensive OSS/BSS solutions that cater to the specific needs of telecommunications services.
* Ensure that solutions align with industry standards and best practices.
1. Integration Management:
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce functionalities with existing OSS/BSS systems.
* Oversee the use of APIs and integration tools to facilitate seamless data flow between systems.
1. Requirements Analysis:
* Gather and analyze business requirements related to Lead to Cash processes and Service Delivery.
* Translate these requirements into detailed technical specifications that guide the development process.
1. Service Delivery Optimization:
* Develop models for Service Delivery that enhance operational efficiency and improve service quality.
* Implement processes that ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
1. Salesforce Implementation:
* Utilize Salesforce tools (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to streamline Lead to Cash processes, enhance customer interactions, and support sales and marketing functions.
* Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable and adaptable to business growth.
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and present architectural solutions.
* Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
1. Technical Documentation:
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration processes, and system configurations.
* Ensure documentation is updated as systems evolve and new solutions are implemented.
1. Quality Assurance:
* Establish and enforce quality standards for solution development and implementation.
* Conduct reviews and performance assessments of implemented solutions to ensure they meet operational requirements.
