Events Assistant / Personal Assistant
London | Hybrid (Office + On-site Events) | Full-time
A premium, design-led food & beverage brand specialising in artisan Japanese matcha and green tea is seeking an Events Assistant / Personal Assistant to support both live brand activations and day-to-day executive administration.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable switching between event delivery and PA responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while also supporting the leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Brand Activations
* Support planning, setup, delivery, and breakdown of events, tastings, pop-ups, and markets
* Transport, organise, and prepare event materials, products, and equipment
* Represent the brand at events, engaging customers with warmth and professionalism
* Assist with product education, sampling, and point-of-sale transactions
* Ensure brand presentation is polished and consistent
* Support post-event wrap-up, stock checks, and feedback collection
Personal Assistant & Administration
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calls
* Provide reminders for upcoming events, deadlines, and priority tasks
* Assist with inbox management and basic correspondence
* Support travel planning and logistics when required
* Help organise documents, files, and internal records
* Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
About You
* Friendly, confident, and professional in customer-facing environments
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings
* Able to lift and transport supplies up to 15kg
* Right to work in the UK
Nice to Have
* Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer service
* PA, EA, or administrative experience
* Interest in wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
* Experience using Google Workspace, calendars, or basic CRM tools
What We Offer
* Salary:£30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
