Branch Lead
The Branch Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of the on-site engineering stores at a customer location. The role focuses on inventory control, operational efficiency, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily site stores operations, ensuring high housekeeping and 5S standards.
* Maintain stock accuracy through regular monitoring, reporting, and replenishment.
* Optimise inventory, drive product rationalisation, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Manage stock reviews, PI counts, and consignment inventory.
* Ensure timely fulfilment of spare parts to support operational efficiency.
* Act as the main point of contact for site stakeholders and internal support teams.
* Participate in site meetings and contribute to performance improvements aligned to KPIs.
* Support obsolescence planning and continuous operational improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in stores, inventory, supply chain, or site operations (engineering/manufacturing preferred).
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
* Good understanding of stock control, procurement, and supplier management.
* Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
