You must ensure compliance is always followed. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques. Be confident working in a large team producing fresh food in a high-volume environment. Consistently prepare and cook menu items according to company spec, whilst being mindful of ticket times and ensuring high quality standards are met.
