Description
* Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and promotional insights
* Managing supply planning to align inventory levels with forecasted demand and lead times
* Supporting the S&OP process with clear reporting and cross-functional communication
* Monitoring key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turnover
* Identifying risks and opportunities across the supply chain to improve service levels
* Collaborating with global and regional teams to align production and distribution plans
Profile
* Proven experience in a supply, demand, or inventory planning role within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel (experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools advantageous)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* High attention to detail and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term planning
* A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and teamwork
