Shift Details: Nights - Tuesday to Saturday, 2 AM - 10 AM (with some flexibility)

About the Role
As a Warehouse Night Manager, you will oversee the night shift operations in our depot, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of newspapers and magazines to our retailers. This dynamic role within our management team will involve:
* Supervising all staff, providing training and coaching, and identifying training needs.
* Generating accurate reports that highlight challenges and successes.
* Collaborating closely with the management team to identify potential risks.
* Maintaining a high level of health and safety at all times.
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
* Working within an annual budget and forecast.

You’ll bring a proven track record of success in a warehouse management role, showcasing:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage a large operation and liaise effectively at all levels.
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and management.
* Experience in planning and executing night operations, addressing challenges as they arise.
* Tenacity and a results-driven approach to exceeding targets and delivering an exceptional client experience.
* Computer literacy and confidence in using technology and IT systems, particularly MS Office.
* Strong business acumen and financial awareness.
