A highly regarded law firm, consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, is looking to strengthen its Dispute Resolution practice with the appointment of a Litigation Solicitor specialising in contentious probate. The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate disputes, including contested wills, inheritance claims, and estate administration challenges.
* Work closely with senior colleagues to shape the future growth of the contentious probate offering.
* Contribute to business development, client engagement, and wider department strategy.
* Ensure compliance with professional standards and deliver first-class client care.
About You:
* Qualified solicitor (NQ+), with demonstrable experience in contentious probate or a related litigation discipline.
* Ideally, exposure to commercial or property litigation in addition to probate disputes.
* Strong knowledge of probate law and civil procedure.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire client confidence.
* Commercially astute, proactive, and a strong team player.
