Job Description: Job Title: Team Manager – Communities Team
Location: Knowsley Council
Rate: £44.86 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for a Team Manager. They are looking for a new member to join the Communities team in Knowsley.
Responsibilities include:
Managing staff to operate to high standards and ensure effective case management for vulnerable customers and their carers or representatives.
Overseeing support planning and case management, and planning services to meet individual needs.
Staying updated on legislative developments and strategic requirements.
Collaborating with partnership, commissioning, care management, and provider colleagues to improve service standards.
Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.
Implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems and conducting audits to maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Experience: Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualification experience are required.
