A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking a varied and interesting caseload, quality supervision, and long-term progression within an established and ambitious
firm.
You will work on a broad range of contentious property matters acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals.
The Role
The caseload will include:

* Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
* Possession proceedings
* Boundary and neighbour disputes
* Easements and rights of way
* Dilapidations claims
* Leasehold disputes and forfeiture matters
* Property-related contractual disputes

Requirements
\n
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Property Litigation matters
* Ability to manage a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
* Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
* Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities
* Ambitious and motivated to develop within a Legal 500 environment
