Role Overview To effectively resource the forward programme of works, driving efficiencies by maximising the output of deliverables for each Operative based in different geographical locations. Ensuring Operatives have the right competencies for each task that is to be delivered and the right safe systems of work are in place to protect the workforce and members of public. Key strategies focus on minimising any down time and ensuring that the work gets completed in the most efficient manner. The applicant must have a thorough understanding of the TTM industry to deliver efficiencies through thorough resource programming, with an understanding of vehicle load capacities. Strategic Leadership Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Identifying problems and using analytical skills to find effective solutions, viewing challenges from multiple angles. Strategic Decision Making: Analysing information: Client requests. Deadlines. TMO gegraphical locations. TMO individual strengths and weaknesses. Vehicle lads and capacity. Make infrmed, calculated decisions that balance immediate requirements with efficiency drivers. Attention to Detail: The ability to focus on and manage the small, specific aspects of a site installation to prevent overlooking critical information and ensure deliveries are appropriately managed. A strong eye for detail is necessary to spot potential risks to timely delivery of project deadlines. Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies in response to ever changing circumstances, breakdowns, traffic events, sickness and/or unexpected obstacles. Communication: Effectively conveying the vision, goals and plans to all stakeholders while actively listening to others. Ensure that communication with the wider team is clear and concise ensuring that colleagues are fully adept with site specific requirements, minimising any potential service failures. Compliance & Risk Management Risk Management : Understanding and managing risks but also being willing to take calculated risks to drive innovative solutions and efficiencies. Embedding risk management into daily decision making rather than treating it as a separate function. Compliance: Ensuring that staff have the tools at their disposal to undertake their daily tasks, whilst ensuring that load capacity of vehicles is adhered to. H&S: Ensuring that delivery of service is in line with HSEQ compliance industry standards and best practices. Operations & Systems TTM Operations: Full in-depth knowledge of TTM operations, industry standards and best working practices. A thorough understanding of BUKO Traffic & Safety SSoW documents. REPs Resourcing Platform: ICT literacy is a must; however, full training will be given on the REPs resourcing platform. People Development Culture: Setting the required behaviours and values of the Operational Team, sharing the same ethos, leading by example and modelling consistently. Training & Development: Assessing strengths and weaknesses for training and development requirements of the Operational Team. Developing training plans with the Service Centre Manager. Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00 with 30mins for lunch (47.5hrs per week) Salary: Dependant on experience and to be discussed at interview stage (up to £45,000.00 per annum) The successful candidate would be subject to a 3 month probationary period.
