Membership Events Coordinator
Grade FL: £35,500 per annum (London based). Grade FN: £31,870 per annum (outside London). Full‑time, 35 hours per week. Hybrid working – minimum 2 office days per week. Location: anywhere in the UK.

The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) is the largest membership organisation for GPs in the UK, with over 55,000 members. We are looking for a dedicated professional to coordinate a high‑quality calendar of member events across the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise and lead flagship events – national awards galas, member ceremonies, webinars and community events – from conception through to delivery and review.
* Coordinate speakers, liaise with key stakeholders, manage budgets and market events.
* Ensure every delegate has an outstanding experience.
* Collaborate with a small, high‑performing event team across the organisation.
Qualifications:
* Proven event‑planning experience, managing multiple concurrent projects.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for creative solutions.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Organised, proactive and committed to delivering memorable experiences.
