Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with our brand’s vision and boost sales.
* Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards across various locations.
* Collaborate closely with store management to enhance product visibility and optimise floor plans.
* analyse sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and identify growth opportunities.
* Train and support in-store teams on best practises for product presentation and inventory management.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative approach to merchandising.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in a field management role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with teams.
A creative mindset, capable of developing innovative merchandising solutions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
