You will play a critical role in risk mitigation and management during the transition to cutting-edge cloud-based banking platforms using agile delivery models. Responsibilities of the Risk Analyst
1. Share your knowledge with our team through demos, meetings, and more. We value continuous learning and provide you with the platform to keep growing.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders and several third-party suppliers.
3. Be part of the delivery team and ensure that risk is considered in all operational processes.
4. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables align with our company's technology and information strategies, with risks appropriately managed.
5. Map 'as is' and 'to be' processes with stakeholders, providing a risk perspective to support continuous improvement.
6. Document all processes.
7. Review the impact of changes on the customer journey, including changing risks and risk levels.
8. Understand FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.
9. Attend scrum sessions and provide stakeholder updates.
10. Ensure that our software meets business needs and that risks are mitigated throughout.
Requirements for the Risk Analyst
* Ability to analyze complex requirements and assess risks within a financial services organization.
* Experience in developing operational processes and assessing risks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Confidence to challenge and question assumptions.
* Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and deliver results.
