Graduate Marketing Executive
Fixed Term Contract | Full Year | 40 hours per week | Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 | Start: ASAP | Closing Date: Friday, 1 May 2026 at 9am
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic marketing graduate to join the team and support the delivery of high-quality campaigns, content and events. This is an ideal first role after university for someone keen to gain broad, hands-on experience across digital marketing, communications and brand activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create and schedule content for social media, email and website channels.
Write and edit marketing copy for weekly newsletter, brochures and promotional materials.
Keep the website accurate, engaging and up to date.
Support events, open days and other marketing activity.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple engagement reports.
Maintain brand consistency across communications and materials.
Carry out market and competitor research to inform planning.
Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
Maintain confidentiality in relation to the School and all aspects of work placement.
To take care of the Health and Safety of yourself and other people.
About You:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Media or a related subject.
Previous internship, placement or student marketing experience is desirable.
Strong writing, communication and organisational skills.
Creative, proactive and willing to learn quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
Interest in digital marketing, content creation and brand communications.
Confident using Microsoft Office and common digital platforms.
Strong understanding of a variety of social media platforms.
Ability to work as part of a team and a flexible attitude to work.
