We are looking to appoint a caring and reliable school meals supervisory assistant (SMSA) to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of Primary Schools in Bristol. As a school meals supervisory assistant (SMSA) you will: Supervising children in the dining hall, playground and during wet play Encouraging good manners and healthy eating habits Ensuring the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the lunch period Supporting children in resolving minor conflicts and promoting positive behaviour About you: Enjoys working with children and is approachable and caring Has good communication and interpersonal skills Can work well as part of a team Is punctual, reliable and proactive Why Tradewind?
