Payroll Manager - High growth SaaS business - City of London
We are partnered with a global SaaS business that services clients within the financial services industry.
They serve clients, ranging from central banks and sovereign wealth funds to pension and insurance funds, asset managers, fund managers, asset servicers, and wealth managers.
They are looking to hire a Payroll Manager to look after their UK entity.
This will be a sole role, where the payroll is done in house using ADP software.
It is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
The role sits in the finance team and reports into the UK Financial Controller.
What you will be responsible for
* Sole responsibility for the payroll function of the London and Middle East offices. This currently consists of 3 legal entities (4 payrolls) and 2 Shadow Payrolls, with a total of about 170 employees
* Managing all elements of the payroll process from start to finish for the two UK legal entities and the
Middle East payrolls in UAE and Saudi Arabia
1. Monitoring of Cross Border & Assignee Personnel
2. Processing of Shadow Payroll
3. Restricted stock unit (RSU) Management
4. Prepare, analyze, compile, reconcile and submit annual reports and filings for the PSA and STBV Agreements
5. Managing the reconciliation for the monthly Benefits in preparation for the PI Id reporting
