Reed is pleased to be working with a well-established UK subsidiary of a global leader in foundation drilling equipment who are seeking an After-Sales Service Technician to join its growing service team. Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across the UK and Ireland, including:
Commissioning, fault diagnosis, repairs, rigging/de-rigging, and maintenance of specialist construction equipment.
Working on-site, at customer premises, or at the company's workshop in South Yorkshire.
Collaborating with customer service teams to resolve issues both in person and remotely.
Liaising with the international after-sales team to provide jobsite feedback and assist in resolving technical challenges.Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of modern mobile hydraulics and electrical/electronic systems.
Relevant industry qualifications and a valid CSCS skills card.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence and valid passport.
Right to work in the UK.
Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when required.Desirable:
Previous experience with similar equipment is advantageous, though not essential-comprehensive product training will be provided.Benefits:
