Lecturer - Health and Social Care

Location: Cheadle, with ability to travel to other campuses.
Hours: 14hrs per week.
Salary: £33,351.00 - £47,397.00 Full Time Equivalent.
Employer Pension Contribution: 28.68% (£9,565.06 - £13,593.45 FTE).


The Role

We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic teaching team who is passionate about shaping the next generation of health and care professionals. You will deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of qualifications including NCFE CACHE, and T Level Health.

You will contribute to curriculum development, support learners through their academic journey, and bring real‑world insight into the classroom. Whether delivering lessons on safeguarding, communication in care, or the science behind health interventions, your expertise will help students connect theory to practice.

About You

You are an experienced qualified teacher or industry expert who is will to complete a recognised teaching qualification. You are or would be confident delivering all levels of learners.

You are a reflective practitioner who values collaboration and continuous improvement. You understand the importance of supporting learners from diverse backgrounds and are committed to helping them achieve their full potential. Your ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences sets you apart.
