Head of Account Management - Contingent Labour / Professional ServicesLeicestershire Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the contingent labour market and knows how to build, protect, and grow high-value client relationships.You'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic B2B clients, acting as the commercial lead across service delivery, retention, and revenue growth. Alongside this, you'll lead and develop a small account management function, setting the standard for how clients are engaged, reviewed, and retained.The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, client success, and service delivery.
