What we require from you:
* Minimum 24 months right to work in the UK
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
* Availability to work alternate weekends
* Full-time availability of 42 hours for night shifts
A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
* Person-centred care: Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and oral care, respecting residents' preferences and promoting independence.
* Care reviews: Participate in and contribute to care plan reviews to ensure they meet residents' needs.
* Medication administration: Safely administer medication in compliance with regulations.
* Social activities: Lead and participate in outings, social events, and activities within the home.
* Leadership: Support new staff, mentor colleagues, and potentially lead the home in the absence of senior management.
