Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative - Foreign Exchange

The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travelers with the buying and selling of foreign currency. Your responsibilities will include:
1. The buying and selling of foreign currencies
2. Money transfers (Western Union)
3. Credit card advances, Tax Refunds, and more
Additional Information:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is essential
* Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate and build rapport with customers, helping them understand their foreign currency needs
* The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, promoting our products and services while working towards targets

* Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, between 7:45 am and 11 pm
