Job Title: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: NW7 (North West London)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our clients friendly and supportive nursery team in NW7. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and care in a nurturing, stimulating environment.
You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of a Early Years Practitioner:
* Deliver high-quality care and education in accordance with the EYFS
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Monitor, observe and record children’s development
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
* Work effectively as part of a team to support children’s wellbeing
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
