Job Description: An excellent opportunity for an experienced Handyman to join a leading business and work within their established team. This business is rapidly growing, and there is a chance to progress within the company. Our client requires a Handyman who is strong on the Fabric side of things and has experience with repairing fire-related issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to site engineering emergencies.
2. Undertaking small installation works and repairs to building fabric.
3. Performing handyman duties efficiently.
4. Responding speedily to fault/breakdown requests.
5. Undertaking routine scheduled maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Handyman or related maintenance role in a hotel is a must. Strong knowledge of basic maintenance tasks is required.
