What you’ll be doing Managing office operations, visitors, meeting rooms, hotdesking, and equipment across multiple locations Owning shared inboxes and supporting project data, bids, and internal communications Supporting HR administration, onboarding, inductions, sickness tracking, and work experience placements Coordinating travel, car hire, staff events, and marketing activities Assisting with procurement, invoicing, and system/document updates Supporting SHEQ processes and compliance activity Providing hands-on marketing and communications support, including social media, website updates, and campaign planning What we’re looking for Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across teams and locations Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; website/marketing systems a bonus) An interest in marketing, people support, or operations is highly desirable What’s on offer Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: Full-time, permanent Location: Office-based, Leeds Pension: 8% employer contribution A newly created role due to business growth, with real scope to develop
