Job overview
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join Ultrasound admin team at Castle Hill Hospital.
You will manage the waiting times for patients within the Radiology team so as to ensure that patients are imaged and treated within the national waiting times.
You will also ensure an effective and efficient administrative service is maintained.

Main duties of the job
To assist in the delivery of the Trust’s Waiting List Policy and in meeting performance targets, quality and activity targets and in ensuring continuous development and maintenance of processes.
You will be able to communicate at all levels, work flexibly and be able to organise and prioritise your own workload.
You will assist in the management of Inpatient, Outpatient and GP Waiting Lists within the Radiology Administration Service.

Education/ Qualifications
* 4 GCSE’s or equivalent (grade 4 or above)
* NVQ level 2 /BTEC equivalent, preferably in Customer Service or Administration
* Customer care training/telephone skills
Experience
* Experience of providing a service to patients/customers
