We are recruiting for a growing facilities management company - we're looking for a bright, motivated and organised Office Administrator to support the Office Manager with admin and ad hoc finance support. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on organisational values, exceptional customer service and wants to make a meaningful difference as the business expands. Office based Monday to Friday - flexible working hours (7.30 - 4, 8 - 4.30, 8.30 - 5, 9 - 5.30). Duties include Provide day to day administrative support to the operations team Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and job scheduling Assist with document management, data entry and internal communications Support compliance and health & safety processes Respond to customer queries with professionalism Support the Office Manager with HR process and on boarding of new staff Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager Skills/Experience Experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
