Job Description
Finance Manager | B Corp Food Challenger Brand | West London (Hybrid)
Harmonic is thrilled to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing organic health and wellness brands as they enter an exciting new phase of scale-up growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business as their first Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Founder and working closely with a Fractional Finance Director, taking full ownership of the finance function.
Having already doubled revenue over the past 12 months, the company is now forecasting another major leap, aiming to grow turnover from £6-7 million to £14-15 million over the next year. This impressive growth will be driven by strong momentum with national grocery and e-commerce listings (including Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and others), an expanding product range, and the development of new production facilities.
The team has recently grown to over 30 people and is preparing to move into a new production site, with further facility expansion planned to meet rising demand.
This is a true number one in finance role, offering the opportunity to build and shape the finance function from the ground up. There is clear scope to evolve into a Head of Finance position as the company scales. The role would suit someone commercially minded, detail-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to support growth in a values-driven SME environment.
