The Role
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Non‑Contentious Construction Partner to join and help shape a highly regarded, growing team. This is a strategic hire, offering the chance to take a leading role in developing the practice while working on high‑quality, complex matters alongside well‑respected practitioners.
* Leading and growing a non‑contentious construction offering
* Advising on a broad range of construction and development matters
* Building and strengthening long‑term client relationships
* Driving business development and identifying new opportunities
* Collaborating with colleagues across offices and complementary practice areas
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for a commercially‑mindful senior lawyer with the expertise and ambition to grow a successful practice.
* Significant experience in non‑contentious construction law
* Around 8 + years' PQE, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered
* A strong track record of client development, ideally with a following or referrer network
* Excellent technical ability combined with commercial awareness
* Proven business development skills and a clear vision for growth
* Strong relationship‑building and client management capability
