Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with 0‑3 years’ PQE looking to grow your career in a dynamic, nationally recognised team? We შეკანახ reinforced law team, based in Leamington Spa, is offering a unique opportunity to work with Kevin Hall, a leading VAT and tax specialist. You’ll work on VAT‑related corporate transactions, international deals and complex olish tax matters.
Responsibilities
* Support Kevin Hall on VAT‑related corporate transactions, international deals and complex tax matters.
* Assist clients in navigating VAT challenges and achieve tax‑efficient solutions in high‑stakes corporate transactions.
* Draft, review and negotiate documents related to M&A, cross‑Quer and export‑related transactions.
* Provide VAT analysis and advice to clients and HMRC.
Qualifications
* Corporate Solicitor with 0‑3 years’ PQE, preferably with an interest in tax law or VAT matters.
* Experience or willingness to work on a broad range of corporate law matters, from mergers and acquisitions to VAT‑related سنگ.
* Team player with excellent client management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Strong technical abilities, excellent drafting skills, and commercial acumen.
* Proactive, organised, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to take on new challenges.
